The subject of the processing is:

- the delivery and ready-to-use installation of the offered hardware

- Claims arising from defects and warranty

- Troubleshooting or troubleshooting on site or on the premises

- Provision and maintenance of the associated device management software

- Instruction of the client's employees in operation and handling

the multifunction printer

- Supply of equipment (e.g. toner, waste toner container, etc.)

- Take-back of the devices and BSI-compliant deletion of all data on any existing hard disks or storage devices

In the context of fault clearance, it may be necessary for the BA to transmit diagnostic data from multifunction printers (device data, configuration data) to the Contractor for analysis.
