1. The Contracting Authority described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly conduct a public contract award procedure (Article 38 Pzp). The contracting authority to conduct the procedure and choose the most favorable offer (Part 1; Part 2; Part 3 of the order) is the Municipality of Brodnica.

2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. to 1,062 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%)

18,003.49 MWh, of this:

1) For premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the order) — 9 175,65 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ

2) For premises and facilities — tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) — 7 576,35 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Annex 1b to SWZ

3) For road lighting purposes (Part 3 of the order) — 1 251,49 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1c to SWZ

Amount of measurement systems accounting for electricity consumed 812 pcs

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption over the term of the contract 9,175.65 MWh, of which:

Zone I 5,610.91 MWh

Zone II 3,186.53 MWh

Zone III 378.21 MWh

The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2022r. to 31.12.2022r, subject to the Municipality of Nowe Miasto Lubawskie:

(a) heading 25 (Power of fountains and outdoor lighting),

b) item 26 (Power of the stage on the Market Plate)

in Annex No 1a to SWZ delivery will take place between 01.08.2022r and 31.12.2022r and

c) item 27 (City Park), item 28 (performance scene),

(d) item 29 (power of the fountain and lighting of the site)

In Annex No 1a to SWZ, deliveries will take place between 01.10.2022 and 31.12.2022.

Details of delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to SWZ column 'Supply Period'.

5. Municipality of Zbiczno - item 28 (Hydrofornia, PPE number 590243895024017351) in Annex No 1a to SWZ, the contracting operator plans to install photovoltaic panels on the facility. In the event of an investment, the Contracting Party does not provide for settlements on the basis of the Proconsumer, for which it will conclude with the contractor whose offer will be considered to be the most advantageous, a forward contract for the resale of the energy produced and not used (approx 10 MWh in the 12 m period) and a contract to perform the function of POB for resold energy. The amount of energy indicated in the list shall take into account the energy generated, i.e. that this is the amount of energy the contracting operator intends to purchase from the contractor.

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
