The FPS Strategy and Support wishes to award a Hermes Continuity contract, through an open procedure with European advertising. This contract includes 3 positions, namely: Takeover of Hermes, Operations and Management, as well as evolutionary maintenance.

As far as price determination is concerned, it is a mixed contract (Article 2, 6° A.R. 18 April 2017):

Item 1: Hermes takeover: overall price

Item 2: Operation and management: overall price and price schedule per document

Item 3: Evolutionary maintenance (excluding Peppol): price schedule
