The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, configuration and support of hardware and software for the purpose of building a secure Wi-Fi network. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

1. The subject of the contract is the replacement (delivery, assembly and configuration) of the Wi-Fi network infrastructure currently owned by the Ordering Party at the headquarters of the Ordering Party in the capital city of Warsaw and the installation of the Wi-Fi network infrastructure in two locations in the cities of Katowice and Łódź together with access points. Delivery must include 2 controllers working in a cluster for the purpose of managing the Wi-Fi network in Locations, 60 Access Points, a user or endpoint authentication system (NAC - Network Access Control) along with the required licenses. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to install the devices, install the Software and configure the infrastructure to constitute a complete Wi-Fi network solution along with the authentication of users and end devices.

2. Under the contract, the Contractor will provide 36-month technical support and provide a 36-month manufacturer's warranty for devices and Software delivered under the Order.

3. As part of the contract, the Contractor shall conduct a minimum 3-day training certified by the manufacturer of the WIFI Solution for 4 administrators in the configuration and operation of the Solution.

4. The Contractor shall exercise 100 post-implementation Consultation Hours (Expert Hours) under the right of option in the order for the duration of the Agreement in accordance with point 7 of the OPZ.
