The procurement object was the production of the EU Visa Stickers. The EU Visa Stickers should be manufactured in a uniform formula and include a kinegram in a uniform format which shall be ordered from the supplier determined by the European Commission. The kinegrams should be affixed to the Visa Stickers.

The procurement also included the numbering, packing for the delivery and the delivery of the Visa Stickers to the delivery addresses in Finland. The delivery must be carried out as stated in the terms of delivery in the Draft Agreement. Moreover, invoicing and reporting of the amount of orders included in the procurement. The reporting includes at least information about delivery destinations, handling of defects and quality control.

EU Visa Stickers shall meet the security and other requirements set in legislation.
