Kongsberg municipality shall construct a new treatment plant for treatment of the sewage water from the town of Kongsberg. The treatment plant shall be located in Sellikdalen, in the same area as the current treatment plant. The plant shall have a capacity for treatment of an organic load equivalent to 40 000 PE.

This tender notice applies to the machinery and processing part of the plant. As well as the necessary structural work in the development phase is deemed necessary to implement to carry out phase 2 as described. This may be pools and areas necessary for the implementation of the processing part of the plant. The structural works that are not affected by the process are planned to be executed in a separate contract.

A contract shall be signed for a partnering phase 1 - development phase, to work out a suitable treatment and sludge management process. This shall be continued in a contract for partnering phase 2 - execution phase (detailed engineering design and construction).
