Framework contract for maintenance cleaning (UHR, winter service, interior glass cleaning, special cleaning, delivery of consumables)

Contract period: 01.02.2023 to 31.01.2027 (48 months)

Lot 1

DG Seesener Str. : maintenance cleaning approx. 13,880 m², inner glass approx. 930 m²

and winter service approx. 1,550 m²

Seesener Str. heating plant: maintenance cleaning (approx. 1,230 m²) and winter service (approx. 660 m²)

The bidder has the opportunity to get a personal impression of the local conditions at the contract object.

The property inspection should be completed by 01.11.2022 at the latest.

Bidder questions must only be submitted in writing to the awarding authority via the award platform by 10.11.2022. Written information will be provided by 14.11.2022

Note on surcharge limitation:

It will be max. One bidder is awarded one lot for maintenance and / or one or both lots for glass cleaning. If a bidder submits the most economical offer in both maintenance cleaning lots (valuation 100% price), the lots will be awarded as follows: The bidder will be awarded the contract for lot 1 and the bidder with the second cheapest offer will be awarded the contract for lot 3

Framework contract for exterior glass and frame cleaning

Contract period: 01.02.2023 to 31.01.2027 (48 months)

Lot 2

DG Seesener Str.: Exterior glass and frame cleaning approx. 4,525 m²

HW Seesener Str.: Exterior glass and frame cleaning approx. 745 m²

The bidder has the opportunity to get a personal impression of the local conditions at the contract object.

The property inspection should be completed by 01.11.2022 at the latest.

Contract period: 01.02.2023 to 31.01.2027 (48 months)

Due to the current energy saving requirement of the Federal Government, the DRV Bund is considering temporarily closing the DG Hallesche Str. Should the case occur, there may be a postponement of the start of the contract to 01.05.2023. The contract term of 48 months remains unaffected, the end of the contract would then be postponed to 30.04.2027.

Lot 3

DG Hallesche Str.: maintenance cleaning approx. 8,325 m², interior glass approx. 475 m² and winter service approx. 430 m

The bidder has the opportunity to get a personal impression of the local conditions at the contract object.

The property inspection should be completed by 01.11.2022 at the latest.
