The contract concerns the services designated below:

- the development of an action plan (definition, planning) on the reduction of the production of bio-waste on the territory of Mauges Communauté;

- implementation of the action plan;

- advice to the community on this subject.

Amplify the sorting and recovery of kitchen and table scraps of the inhabitants of the territory by developing neighborhood composting and autonomous composting in establishments.

Support the development of in-situ recovery of plant residues with a view to reducing the intake of plants in waste reception centers.

Raise public awareness of natural gardening.
