Maintenance and new works in territorial and municipal green spaces located on the territory of GPSO and watering services for hanging planters.

The contract is a single-beneficiary service contract at mixed prices: It is at fixed prices for routine maintenance services and works in territorial and municipal green spaces and watering services for hanging planters. It is a framework agreement with order forms, with no minimum or maximum annual amount, for the carrying out of new work and the routine maintenance of certain sites, such as lawn mowing, planting of plants in application of articles R. 2162-2 and R. 2162-4 of the public order code, on the basis of unit prices detailed in the unit price schedule. Orders are placed with reference to the unit prices indicated in the price schedules and, where applicable for supplies / services / works not appearing in the BPU, to prices on estimate requested by the public body from the holder. The public person is free to accept or not this estimate or to renegotiate it. The holder will make the public person benefit from his promotional offers.
