1. The object of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the UM Olsztyn Group represented by the Municipality of Olsztyn for the year 2022. 2 The sale of electricity will take place to the premises of the Ordering Party under the conditions laid down by the provisions of the Act of 10.04. 1997. Energy Law and the Laws of 23.04.1964 Civil Code and implementing rules issued pursuant to them. 4.The list of Contractors concerned with the data of purchasers and recipients of invoices (in accordance with the so-called VAT centralisation) is annexed to SWZ 5.List of energy consumption points electrical, including details: name, address, PPE number, name of local Distribution System Operator, tariff group, contractual power, reduced contractual power (seasonal), forecast amount of energy during the period of the contract (including breakdown into settlement zones), the name of the present energy sellers are annexed to SWZ. 6. The detailed scope is described in the SWZ.
Power supply of street lighting and traffic lights1. The subject of the order covered by Part I is the supply of street lighting and traffic lights, with the estimated amount of energy supplied (+/- 10%) during the delivery period of 14 412 395 kWh, 2. The Contracting Authority provided in point 1 the estimated amount of electricity consumption and provides that the actual amount of electricity consumption may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining the offered unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer. Therefore, the estimated consumption of electricity does not constitute an obligation for the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the quantity specified. 3. The Contractor shall, for the duration of the contract, be obliged to hold the current general contract for the provision of distribution services electricity with a local distribution system operator operating in the area of electricity consumption points listed in the Annexes to SIWZ 4. Detailed data on electricity consumption points: name, address, PPE No, local DSO, tariff group, power contractual, contractual power reduced (seasonal), the projected energy volume during the contract period, the date of start of sale, the name of the current energy seller and the type of receipt are set out in the Annexes to SIWZ. 5. The Contracting Authority informs that it will follow the procedure, referred to in Article 139 of the Pzp Act. In the first instance, the Contracting Authority shall examine and evaluate tenders and then make the qualification of the Subject Contractor whose offer will be rated to the highest extent of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings
Power to other facilities, including buildings and in-steel1.
