The subject of the contract is the successive provision of the service of collection, transport, collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 05 99 – other wastes not listed (stabilizate) and as waste with the code 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11.

The Contractor is obliged to manage all collected waste in one of the recovery processes: R1 - R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act".

Part 1 of the contract includes the successive provision of the service of collection, transport, collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 05 99 – other non-listed wastes (stabilizate) in the amount of 18 000 Mg in one of the recovery processes: R1-R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) (basic order).

Part 2 of the contract includes the successive provision of the service of collection, transport, collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than listed in 19 12 11, in the amount of 12 000 Mg (basic order) in one of the recovery processes: R1- R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). Waste is an over-sieve fraction generated in ZUOK in Hryniewicze with a size exceeding 80 mm in the processes of mechanical treatment of municipal waste. The Contracting Authority has a certificate of the Sustainable Development Criteria System INiG (KZR INiG) TNP number KZR INiG/0244/5367/2022.

Part 3 of the contract includes the successive provision of the service of collection, transport, collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than listed in 19 12 11, in the amount of 6 000 Mg (basic order) in one of the recovery processes: R1- R12 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). Waste is an over-sieve fraction produced in ZUOK in Hryniewicze with a size exceeding 80 mm in the processes of mechanical processing of bulky waste. The Contracting Authority has a certificate of the Sustainable Development Criteria System INiG (KZR INiG) TNP number KZR INiG/0244/5367/2022.
