Framework contract for 1st level support services for IT in the Ravensburg district office

The aim of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework contract for a service desk to be provided as well as the first-level IT support to be provided at the Ravensburg district office. The services to be awarded include the IT hotline, as well as hardware, application and user support.
