The city sports hall is located in Ludwigsfelde at Potsdamer Straße 51 above the Kaufland building. It is a 3-field sports hall with 2 dividers and offers approximately 300 seats and 100 standing room on the gallery.

With about 46 weeks of use and weekends per year, there is a constant utilization of the city sports hall. The city sports hall is closed during the first 3.5 weeks of the summer vacation.

In order to support, prepare and run the various events in the client's city sports hall, the client intends to commission an external partner with event services.

The city sports hall is located in Ludwigsfelde at Potsdamer Straße 51 above the Kaufland building. The sports area is approx. 45 x 26 m (1,170 m², palm area 40 x 20 m) and the gymnastics and judo room is approx. 11 x 12 m (132 m²). An existing meeting room (99m²) for meetings or conferences for approximately 30 people rounds off the offer.
