The contract will be awarded to one contractor under NEC3 Framework Contract (June 2005), to carryout varying aspects of highway and civil engineering construction works. It will primarily be throughout the boundary of Leeds City Council but may be required to work anywhere across the Metropolitan District boundaries of West Yorkshire. It is expected that on some schemes the Contractor will have input in the design process.
