The National Roads Authority (NRA) has initiated this procurement, on behalf of Waterford City Council, to coordinate the purchase of De-Icing Salts for use on regional and local roads in Ireland.

To coordinate these purchases Waterford City Council wishes to appoint Suppliers to a multi-party framework agreement. The framework agreement is being advertised by The National Roads Authority on behalf of Waterford City Council as a central purchasing body for the use of all the local authorities, listed in Schedule 3 of the Framework Agreement, in Ireland to purchase de-icing salt for regional and local roads.
