The Agency for Development undertakes the builder function for municipal construction projects related to schools and nursery buildings, nursing homes, the fire and chimney sweeping service, arts buildings, sports buildings and administration buildings. This applies to both module buildings and built on site buildings.

The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into a framework agreement for geotechnical and environmental ground surveys, laboratory examinations, as well as data reporting for Bergen Municipality's building and construction projects.

The geotechnical surveys are to be carried out and reported in accordance with NGF's guidelines and descriptive texts.

The environmental engineering surveys are to be carried out and reported in accordance with the Norwegian Environment Agency's guidelines (2022).

The prospective need will be clarified and described in each individual call-off.
