The acquisition is the target of a team of three (3) people React-Native mobile development specialists in VR Travel. The full team of experts to be acquired shall, in principle, be available to VR no later than 10 January 2022, unless otherwise agreed upon by VR's initiative. In addition to the team of experts, the acquisition also covers separately ordered orders for the relevant subdivision as described in more detail below. The unbound value of the acquisition for the entire contract period is approximately 2500-4000 htp.
Bidders are invited to note that the expert team of three (3) persons to be named must be the same for the entire term of the contract. The replacement of persons during the contract period is only possible in a very limited manner and may result in a contractual fine under the terms of the contract. The three experts to be appointed should also participate in the interview described below. If one of the experts offered does not participate in the interview, zero (0) points are given to the bidder for the interview.
The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of mobile developers (React-Native) to meet the need for VR during the contract period. The acquisition focuses on VR En route to one aspect of the product, which is:

Two (2) contract vendors are selected as contract vendor. During the contract period, the subscription of new developers is determined by the ranking model. A designated team of three (3) people will be supplied by the first service provider of the Ranking and will be used primarily for all individually ordered orders in that subdivision. The second service provider of the rankings may be used for individually ordered orders in that subdivision. The unbound value of the acquisition for the entire contract period is approximately 2500-4000 htp.
However, vendors selected as contract suppliers do not receive exclusive access to the delivery of on-demand expert work or any other services enabled by the contract; VR may also use other vendors or subcontractors. VR also does not undertake any form of a purposeful obligation. The quantities and needs of the expert resources to be acquired are intended to be assessed at certain intervals of time, allowing the needs to either decrease or increase. The variation in resource needs during the contract period depends on factors such as technology choices, general economic conditions and start-up projects, etc.
The acquisition also includes reporting, billing and co-submissions of the necessary service manager service to potential subscriber-vendor palavers. Service Manager shall be included in the daily price of the contracting specialists. In practice, the workload of the service manager will be minimal.
The contract period for the acquisition is 24 months (2 years), after which VR can extend the contract with two (2) one-year option periods.
