This assignment consists of supplying IT material. The affected product categories are: desktop and mini PCs, thin clients, laptops and docking stations, monitors, server and rack servers.

The product specifications are described in more detail in chapter III Technical Provisions.

This order acts under a framework agreement with one supplier, whereby the partial orders are always executed on demand via an order form.

The term of the assignment is four years.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract in whole, in part or in whole, without this giving rise to any compensation or cost compensation.

The contracting authority may have additional, related services performed by other suppliers or by its own services for the duration of the contract.

The contract will be awarded in its entirety to the tenderer who submits the most advantageous regular offer.

The assignment is an assignment in the context of Fenix, in which the contracting authority also acts on behalf of other contracting Fenix hospitals, see I.2 Identity of the client.

The Estimation of Need is the estimate for all participating Fenix hospitals. The estimate does not constitute a commitment for the quantity to be purchased.

The supplier delivers to each of the designated delivery locations.

Deliveries for all parcels must be made to the following delivery addresses and within the indicated hours.

- Central warehouse, Regional Hospital Heilig-Hart Leuven vzw, floor S-1:

Consciencestraat, emergency entrance at 3000 Leuven

Warehouse open from 08:00 to 12:00,

- Central warehouse Regional Hospital Tienen:

Leuvensestraat 81, 3300 Tienen

Opening hours: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Fri: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
