UCLL University of Applied Sciences offers 20 graduates, 22 bachelor's programmes and 9 bachelor-after-bachelor programmes on 8 campuses in Limburg and Flemish Brabant. With 16,000 students and 1,750 employees, UCLL is one of the largest higher education institutions in Flanders. UCLL is active in the areas of teacher training, management, technology, health and well-being and combines its teaching mission with practice-oriented research and services. The university of applied sciences focuses as much as possible on personal guidance of its students. Her broad educational network guarantees a place for everyone's talent and her diplomas are strong on the labor market.

Getting people and ideas moving by giving space to innovative thinking and collaboration, that is the vision of the university of applied sciences, that is moving minds. The name shows the international ambition: UCLL, in full University Colleges Leuven-Limburg, wants to offer solid courses, oriented towards quality and with an outward-looking perspective, on the Euregio and beyond. UCLL belongs to the KU Leuven Association.

UCLL wishes to conclude a new framework agreement with one participant, over a period of 12 months, with a possible extension of 3x 12 months.

UCLL is looking for a partner who can deliver both digital and offset printing.

Course printing is not part of this file.

This file deals with printed matter such as name cards, flyers, brochures, UCLL stationery,...

Place of delivery: all UCLL campuses

The contracting authority may specify a different place of delivery in the order without additional costs being charged insofar as this new place of delivery is located in the district of Leuven and Hasselt.

Following the open procedure does not imply an obligation to assign the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right, without this giving rise to any compensation, to refrain from awarding or closing the contract or to start the procedure again, if necessary in another way (cf. Article 85 of the Public Procurement Act).

Other printed matter which is required during the term of this framework agreement and for which no price has been requested in this file may be submitted to the successful candidate. If the contracting authority approves the proposal, this will be confirmed with an order form.
