The purpose of this consultation is to rebuild the Centre Hospitalier de Chaumont located at 2 rue Jeanne d'Arc. It concerns more specifically the design, construction, development, upkeep and maintenance of the Chaumont Hospital Center.
The contract will include the following services:
-Conception : diag / apd / pc, autorisations administratives / efea / std, flj, ... / pro / cssi / syn / exe / det /aor / commissionnement / gpa / bim ;
-Demolition, asbestos removal, VRD and building works;
-Care and Maintenance for one year after receipt.
the contract concluded will be a global sectoral contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L2171-5 of the Public Order Code.
