The subject of the contract consists of:
a) supply of foodstuffs necessary for the realization of meals (including snacks) and ancillary materials, as well as the products needed for the cleaning and disinfection of kitchens, equipment, crockery and table linen, refectories and related service areas . The supply concerns users and staff:
- nursery schools,
- of municipal and state nursery schools e
- of the center for disabled indicated in Annex A) to the specifications;
b) complete organization and management of the meal production and distribution service at some kitchens (listed in Annex B to the specifications), consisting not only of the supply of foodstuffs and accessory materials, according to the provisions already provided for in the previous letter a), in the storage of the same, in the preparation, cooking and distribution of meals and snacks.
The service includes the operations of:
- equipment,
- clearing,
- cleaning and sanitizing of dining halls, kitchens and annexed rooms,
- washing of kitchen equipment, dishes, pots and table linen at the canteen.
The contractor is responsible for the integration of crockery, pans and kitchen equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the service, as well as the ordinary maintenance of the systems and equipment. The meal production service concerns the users and staff of the schools indicated in Annex B) to the specifications. (see specifications)
