1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in particular of:
1) maintaining cleanliness in the buildings of Szpitala Giżyckiego Sp. z o. o.
2) in-hospital transport service, out-of-hospital transport to and from the clinic at 4 Bohaterów Westerplatte Street in Giżycko, as well as a hospital pharmacy and general warehouse;
3) performing assistance work on the patient, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 10 to the ToR;
4) and providing and ensuring continuity of supply with:
(a) appropriate cleaning agents and appropriate hand disinfection and care products;
b) small equipment in the necessary quantity for the use of the above agents including: soap dispensers, hand sanitizer and care dispensers, towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, toilet brushes, waste bins, containers for disinfecting ducks, swimming pools, bowls, wipers for communication routes, etc.

2) in-hospital transport service, out-of-hospital transport to and from the outpatient clinic at 4 Bohaterów Westerplatte Street in Giżycko, as well as a hospital pharmacy and general warehouse, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 10 to the ToR;
3) performing assistance work on the patient, in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex 10 to the ToR;
4) and providing and ensuring continuity of supply with:
a) appropriate cleaning products, including: paper towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, plastic bags, and appropriate hand disinfection and care products;
b) small equipment in the necessary quantity for the use of the above agents including: soap dispensers, hand sanitizer and care dispensers, towel dispensers, toilet paper holders, toilet brushes, waste bins, containers for disinfecting ducks, swimming pools, bowls, wipers for communication routes, etc.
