Sørlandet sykehus HF [Sørlandet Hospital Trust] wants to hire a modular building with a usable area of less than 400 m2 in a 10 year period, the hospital wants an option to hire for a further 2 years + 2 years. In connection with automation of the laboratory, more space must be acquired for functions that must be moved by the laboratory, and it is necessary to move functions from the hospital building into the new modular building.
