Espoon Asunnot Oy is a real estate company owned by the City of Espoo, the purpose of which is to provide housing services to the residents of the municipality. At the moment, there are about 310 properties with about 16,000 apartments.

The aim of this tendering process for the supply and maintenance of household appliances is a framework agreement with two contractual partners.

Procurement procedure

An open procedure is used for procurement. This is a procurement above the EU threshold. A procurement notice has been published for HILMA.

The objective of this tendering process is a framework agreement with two contractual partners.

The contract would last for 2 years. The contract may be terminated by either party without any special reason with 4 months' notice. In addition, the agreement includes a 2-year extension option option, the use of which is decided by the contracting entity on a supplier-by-supplier basis.

In the tendering process, an agreement is made with the bidders of the 1st and 2nd places on the supply and maintenance of household appliances.

In the tendering process, the bidder who has entered the third place is selected for the reserve position.

Options for the implementation of the contract are as follows:

1. The company issuing the tender may itself take care of both the delivery and the maintenance of household appliances.

2. The tendering company acts as a supplier of household appliances and the maintenance of household appliances is carried out by a subcontractor of the company.

3. The tendering company acts as the custodian of the household appliances and the company's subcontractor delivers the new household appliances.
