This consultation concerns only lots 2 and 4. Lot 5 is the subject, in parallel, of an adapted procedure (small batch). For lots 1 and 3, an award procedure is ongoing. The object of the contract is the acquisition of subscriptions and access to digital resources for users of the Médiathèque numérique de la Loire in the field of leisure, culture, self-training. Single awarding framework agreements setting out all contractual stipulations and executed by purchase orders, with a minimum and a maximum annually. Open call for tenders subject to the provisions of Articles L2120-1, L2124-1, L2124-2, R2124-1, R2124-2, R2161-2, R2161-3, R2161-4 and R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The estimated start date for benefits is January 1, 2024
