New construction of the Argelsried children's home - property planning services.

Property planning services in accordance with § 34 HOAI, service phases 1-9 and special services for the construction of a new children's home with 3 crèche groups and 2 kindergarten groups in Gilching. A change in use of the development plan for the implementation of this construction project is currently underway. The service phases are commissioned in stages.

The community of Gilching intends to build a two-storey new wooden building with a future-oriented energy standard to meet the requirements mentioned (information in m 2 NF):

- 3 crèche groups, approx. 408 m 2 ;

- 2 kindergarten groups approx. 256 m 2 ;

- Shared rooms approx. 292 m 2 ;

- Total approx. 956 m 2 ;

Construction time:

Start: October 4th, 2021

Completion: August 31, 2022.
