The service is part of the secure configuration of the Bugey 1 power plant, located in the department of Ain.
The expected service consists in carrying out studies and works to reconfigure certain support functions, currently present in the HN and HK buildings of Bugey 1, in the Operating Building (BATEX), a permanent structure for the Secure Configuration Period (PCS).
The main operations to be carried out are:
- Creation and connection of power supply and electrical distribution
- Renovation and reconfiguration of the fire detection system
- Changes "low currents"
- Renovation of the aerial light-signalling system
The service is part of the secure configuration of the Bugey 1 power plant, located in the department of Ain.
The expected service consists in carrying out studies and works to reconfigure certain support functions, currently present in the HN and HK buildings of Bugey 1, in the Operating Building (BATEX), a permanent structure for the Secure Configuration Period (PCS).
The PCS corresponds to an extended monitoring phase of the Bugey 1 slice in its minimalist configuration. During this period, only the reactor building and the BATEX were preserved, the other buildings were demolished. The essential operating functions in this configuration are called support functions.
The main operations to be carried out are:
1. Creation and connection of power supply and electrical distribution for the PCS: supply, installation and connection of switchboards, transformers, battery inverters, cabinets, miscellaneous equipment, enclosures, cables and cable trays; factory and on-site equipment testing.
2. Renovation and reconfiguration of the fire detection system for the PCS: supply and installation of a new fire alarm unit; sizing, supply, installation of fire detectors and manual alarm triggers in the BATEX; connection of the existing detectors in HR, in handling span and fire detection of the new BATEX; factory and on-site testing of equipment; supply of spare parts and equipment necessary for the performance of periodic tests.
3. "Low current" changes in BATEX: integration of telecommunications services, integration of computer services, integration of control-command services, integration of the PUI alert system (supply and laying of cables, cable trays, miscellaneous equipment).
4. Renovation of the HR building's aerial light-signalling system: removal of the existing system (light beacons and twilight switches) and installation of a new light beacon system in accordance with the regulations.
The following services are the responsibility of the Holder:
- sorting, packaging and disposal of waste (to the outside of the site or receptacles made available for conventional waste, to the IDT for nuclear waste)
- the devices for anchoring and fixing the components of its supply to civil engineering or on existing supports
- the supply, installation and control of scaffolding outside the controlled area
- handling equipment other than that existing on the installation
The expected service life for the installations is 40 years.
The equipment installed under this contract has no safety classification and no seismic resistance requirement.
