The subject of the contract are transport services by dump trucks carried out for the Ordering Party in 2022 and 2023. The order is divided into 2 lots; Task No. 1 "Transport services by dump trucks in the area of the Forest Districts of Świebodzin, Cybinka, Babimost, Torzym, Przytok and the local government road Kłodnica-Toporów", Task No. 2 "Transport services by dump trucks in the Forest Districts of Brzózka, Gubin, Lubsko, Krzystkowice, Wymiarki, Zielona Góra". The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Tasks. The offer submitted for a given Task must, however, cover the entire scope of the subject of the contract provided for in the SWZ for this Task. The services will be performed in the forest area, in the area of rebuilt and built forest roads. In particular, transport will include bulk materials (aggregate, sand, humus, etc.), carmins, branches and other materials related to the construction of forest roads.

Additional information:
a) Due to the fact that the working time of cars during the day will be counted from the moment of entry to the moment of departure from the construction site, the unit price of the work of the vehicles specified in this part should include the cost of travel and return from construction to the place
garage. Travel time between construction sites during one day will be counted as working time. The Ordering Party guarantees a minimum working time of 20 hours at a time.
b) The services will be provided on an ad hoc basis depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.
c) The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract on the basis of written orders submitted by the Ordering Party's Representatives ("Order"). The content of the Order is specified in the public procurement agreement (Annex 9 to the SWZ).
d) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce by a maximum of 50% the value of the services being the subject of the order and the contract. Settlement of services will take place on the basis of unit prices indicated in the offer and the number of hours actually
performed by the Contractor of the service.
e) The Ordering Party does not ensure the protection of equipment left on the construction site after working hours.
f) In the event of a failure of the equipment, which cannot be removed within 8 hours, the Contractor is obliged to deliver to the construction site within 24 hours from the moment of failure of the second technically efficient equipment with no worse technical parameters.

h) The subject of the agreement will be implemented in the areas of Forest Districts, which, following the certification process according to the standards set by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC Council (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certifiation).
