The subject of this contract is: "Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Złocieniec - Wodnik"

In accordance with the "Contractual Terms and Conditions for Construction for engineering and construction works designed by the Employer (FIDIC 1999, first edition 1999)". The text in Polish is obligatory,

Description of the subject and scope of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.

4.1 The subject of this contract is:

"Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Złocieniec - Wodnik"

In accordance with the "Contractual Terms and Conditions for Construction for engineering and construction works designed by the Employer (FIDIC 1999, first edition 1999)". The text in Polish is obligatory,

4.2 Description of the subject and scope of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.

4.3 The Employer excludes from the implementation of construction works the following objects appearing in the construction documentation: Volume I, Land development design, Executive design II - Fig. 1.2:

a) Object No. 3 - building D,

b) structure no. 5 - a shed with a hummock of transported sludge,

c) object no. 20 - catalytic filter with deodorization at building D,

d) structure no. 23 - lime silo at building D,

e) Structures No. 10, 22 - sand pit, sand separator building - demolition will be carried out by the investor on his own,

f) covering the preliminary settling tank, object no. 13, covering the predenitrification chamber, object no. 36, covering the reactors, object no. 14 and deodorizing these objects,

g) modernization (renovation) of the rainwater retention tank facility No. 16

The above-mentioned facilities and demolition works were excluded from the bill of quantities,

h) the 400 kVA oil transformer should be included in the offer instead of the 800 kVA oil transformer included in the "Detailed Design of the Measuring System" from April 2018,

i) the location of the generator set in facility No. 12 should be valued, not as described in item 879 take-off in "sound-absorbing housing".

4.4 The Employer informs that construction works should be valued on the basis of documentation entitled "Executive Design II" and STWiORB II. The published bill of quantities is an auxiliary document (see section 16.2 of the ToR).
