The purpose of this contract is preventive maintenance, curative maintenance, and repairs requiring the supply of spare parts for retractable bollards, retractable hoops and barriers that are part of GPSO's assets currently throughout its territory. This is a single-contractor framework agreement for services executed on the basis of purchase orders on the basis of unit prices. The contract has no minimum amount but a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). Purchase orders are placed with reference to the unit prices indicated in the unit price lists (B.P.U.) and to the items appearing in the general catalogues of the holder or suppliers with the prices or with an attached price list. The contract will take effect from February 24, 2024 or its notification date, whichever is later, for a period of one (1) year renewable three (3) times by tacit agreement, i.e. a maximum period of four (4) years

It also concerns the replacement of existing equipment and the supply and installation (excluding civil engineering) of new equipment. GPSO reserves the right to include in this Framework Agreement retractable bollards, retractable bollards and barriers throughout its territory
