The subject of the contract is the collection, collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating in the Wrocław Municipality within Sector I — Old Town and Downtown.

In the course of the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will

1) furnishing real estate serviced with containers, maintaining them in a proper sanitary, order and technical condition as well as supplying bags intended for collecting municipal waste in the amount necessary to ensure the proper performance of the service;

2) collection, collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected directly from the premises served;

3) execution of notifications sent by the Ordering Party regarding the exchange/substitution/removal of containers from serviced properties;

4) receiving, collecting, transporting and managing waste from the selective collection of bulky waste collected in generally accessible containers;

5) collection, collection, transport and management of waste from the selective collection of bulky waste collected in the itinerant system;

6) collection, collection, transport and management of waste from the selective collection of bio-waste constituting parts of plants from the maintenance of green areas, gardens, parks and cemeteries, collected in an action manner;

7) collection, collection, transport and management of waste from selective collection of expired medicines;

8) disposal of waste collected in places not intended for that purpose;

9) performing intervention work;

10) selective collection and transport of used needles and syringes,

11) collection, transport and management of waste indicated by the Ordering Party, collected in PSZOK operating in the Sector,

12) collection, transport and management of waste collected with the help of the SZOP operating in the Sector;

13. the achievement of annual levels:

(a) reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage,

(b) preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste,

(c) the storage of municipal waste;

14) preparing reports and balances on the scope of activities performed and achieved annual levels of waste management;
