Description:
OPERATION OF HEATING, DOMESTIC HOT WATER, AIR CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION INSTALLATIONS (P2, P3 and PFI) Years 2023 and beyond

This market will include the following services:

P2 Maintenance: driving, maintenance, servicing and monitoring of installations

P3 Total Warranty: major maintenance services and total guarantee of installations on all sites. The P3 will be of the GTR type (total warranty with pay-as-you-go).

Profit-sharing (PFI): profit-sharing clause providing for the sharing of savings, and the assumption of excess consumption by the holder capped according to the P2 fee.
