The subject of the procedure is the lease of the CNG gas refueling station on the territory of the Sanocki Enterprise Komunalny Sp. z o.o. base located at Jan Paul II 59 in Sanok, allowing refueling of Ordering rolling stock.

1. The subject of the procedure is the lease of the CNG gas refueling station on the territory of the Sanocki Enterprise Komunalna Sp. z o.o. base located at Jan Paul II 59 in Sanok, enabling refueling of the Ordering's rolling stock and includes, in particular:

1) The completion of the complete construction project of the installation of the CNG gas refueling station together with the obtaining of all rights required opinions, arrangements, analyses, expert opinions and obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the necessary permits (including the construction permit and a waterproofing permit where such a permit is required in the procedure for obtaining a construction permit for the investment in question);

2) Construction of an energy and gas plant;

3) Delivery, execution of installation and installation work of individual CNG station equipment;

4) Registration of equipment subject to technical surveillance in accordance with the Council of Ministers Regulation of 7 December 2012 on the types of technical equipment subject to technical surveillance in the competent unit of the Technical Service Office;

5) Obtaining the relevant arrangements, opinions and decisions of the authorities of the state administration in particular such as the State Fire Service, the Technical Service Authority, the Polish Water PGW and the PINB permitting the use of the CNG station in particular, the Contractor under remuneration shall be obliged to obtaining an appropriate certificate from the territorially competent construction supervisory unit of the authorisation for use of the investment in question;

6) Test start and check of the required parameters of the operation of CNG station equipment by the Ordering Party;

7) Lease CNG devices for the period specified in the Agreement;

8) The operation of the service (preventive service and in case of failure) of leased CNG equipment for the duration of their lease as well as providing the service service necessary for the implementation of periodic reviews of CNG Station including installations (according to applicable law and manufacturer requirements), repair work and failure removal in the scope of leased CNG devices.

9) The use of any waste that will arise as a result of the CNG service;

10. Ensuring at its expense the training of a group of designated employees of the Ordering Authority to the extent required for obtaining qualification certificates allowing self-filling of CNG tanks installed in vehicle installations;

2. Due to the nature of the services provided by the Contracting Authority, its obligations to the city of Sanok related to the provision of public transport as well as other municipal services for the implementation of which it is necessary to refuel the Contracting Party's rolling stock with CNG gas fuel in a continuous manner and undisturbed, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor in remuneration allow the issuance of gaseous fuel to vehicles of the Contracting Authority during the period of implementation of the investment, that is from the date of signing the Agreement until the Contracting Authority signed the Stage III Receipt Protocol without reservation by the Contracting Authority, including subject to the fact that this obligation arises from 20:00 on the third day after the date on which the Contracting Authority makes available to the Contractor a gas installation for the power of the CNG Mobile Installation. For this purpose, the Ordering Party shall perform a section of the gas installation ending with the above-ground steel flange DN50, thus allowing the Contractor to connect the Mobile CNG installation.
