1. The object of the order is a service consisting of the expansion of the Integrated Information System (ZSI) in the area of personal data security — continuation of the technical assistance of the ERP system with sub-order guaranteed and optional.

2. The description and method of execution of the order contains a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, which is Annex 1 to SWZ, with Chapters I and II of the Annex covering the guaranteed order and Chapter III includes the Optional Order.

3. The Contracting Authority guarantees a warranted order, and optionally may order the execution of an optional order.

4. The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee an order to perform an optional order.

3. Guaranteed order: Task No I: Delivery and installation of new updates and versions of Teta EDU software at the request of the Ordering Party (including, Teta EDU, Teta EDU BI, TETA ME), part of the Integrated Information System (ZSI) for the period indicated in the contract.

Task No II: Ongoing maintenance of the Teta EDU software (including Teta EDU, Teta EDU BI, TETA ME) which is part of the Integrated Information System (ZSI) for the period indicated in the contract.

4. Optional speech: Task No III: Implementation of works contracted according to the hourly rate in the field of software. Introducing new items into software not included in point I-II. The Contracting Authority provides a maximum of 250 man-hours under the option. The Contracting Authority will report each time to the Contractor by sending the order to the e-mail address of the Contractor Coordinator. The order will contain a deadline for new system elements to be introduced. The Contractor shall evaluate the value of the order, taking into account the rate of the man-hour indicated in the tender form (Annex 3 to SWZ) and indicate the amount of hours needed for its execution. Upon acceptance of the valuation by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall proceed with the execution of the order.
