The object of the order is the dismantling of old membranes and the delivery and installation of new semi-permeable membranes on the installation for stabilization in the closed system. Detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No 10 to SWZ
The object of the order is the dismantling of old membranes on the roof and doors together with mounting elements, etc., and the delivery and installation of new semi-permeable membranes on the installation for stabilization in the closed system of the “BIODEGMA” type together with replacement of fasteners. Color membranes dark green on the outer side.
The stabilization installation consists of 11 modules, each module consists of two roof slopes, one roof slab consists of 14 segments — a total of 308 pcs., and 11 gates consisting of two pairs of wings: 11pcs left and 11 right pcs.
Under the contract in question, the Contractor shall deliver and mount:
1. Membranes on the roofs of the composting plant - 308 pieces of semi-permeable membranes (so-called “brids”) measuring approx. 3.85 m x 1.43 m, together with a set of clamping/mounting profiles (photo on 1). Each element should be made of one piece of material, and on the inside there are two tabs, designed to retain water vapor condensation. The fabric on both longer sides must be trimmed with a hem (photo no. 2, photo number 3). which at a length of 358cm. It is stiffened with a plastic rod sewn into the hem.
2. Membranes on the door of the composting plant — 11 gates, each gate consists of two wings: 11pcs left and 11 right pcs, total 22 pieces of semi-permeable trapezoidal membranes measuring approx 3.65 m x 3.9 m x 3.9 m x 3.3 m x 2.3 m., together with a set of clamping/mounting profiles.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the measurement on the existing composting plant of the Ordering Party and delivery of all individual items subject to the order, the dimensions given above are only indicative dimensions.
The Ordering Party requires delivery of all membranes that meet the parameters for the biodegradation plant. The thickness of the membrane must be suitable for the assembly system used in the composting plant in Rudna.
Semi-permeable diaphragm in dark green on the outer side protecting the material placed in the module from rain and other atmospheric effects, allowing the release of the right amount of moisture and CO2 outside, immediately retaining heat, part of water and bacteria inside aerobics, which are responsible for the stabilization process. Membranes must ensure continuity of the process throughout the year. The material used must ensure adequate microclimate throughout the stabilization/composted process by maintaining the composting conditions set. Membranes must consist of three layers. The outer layer made of 100% polyester resistant to tear and resistant to UV degradation. The middle layer must have microporosity allowing CO2 to pass, and water vapor, at the same time being a waterproof membrane - PTFE ensuring retention in stabilized material of microorganisms, dust and odors. The third layer (inner fabric) made of 100% polyester resistant to aggressive environment prevailing in the module. The contracting authority shall require the supply of membranes to cover the installation of the BIODEGMA composting plant, consistent with the parameters specified in the laws and regulations governing the operation of this type of installation.
Before starting work, the Contractor will submit a signed statement that the supplied membranes meet the technological requirements for such installations as the subject of the order.
The replacement of membranes must be made by the end of September 2022 at the latest. For the purpose of completing the task, the Contracting Authority shall make available to the Contractor at one time up to two After completing the work on two modules, the Ordering Party will receive them protocolarly, then prepare two more modules. The preparation of the object by the Ordering Party will consist in discharging the stabilizer from the module. Any preparatory work for replacing membranes such as washing, cleaning, cleaning lies on the Contractor's side. Detailed Opz is Annex No 10 to the SWZ
