The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of containers for municipal waste segregation as part of the task entitled Development of the selective municipal waste collection system in the Namysłów Commune.
a) Part 1 – purchase and supply of containers for municipal waste segregation with a capacity of 120, 240, 1,100 liters.
b) Part 2 – purchase and supply of containers for municipal waste separation with a capacity of 7,000 litres.
A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Dividing the contract into parts, in the opinion of the Contracting Authority, due to the specificity of the implementation of each of them, will have a direct impact on increasing the circle of potential Contractors.
The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the offer.
