Engineering services (object and structural engineering and technical equipment planning as well as technical equipment planning) are to be processed in accordance with the HOAI performance phases (lpH) 3 to 7 (optionally lpH 8) to create the design base construction (EW construction) in accordance with section E i. The commissioning takes place in performance levels.

The current state of the “Floating Bridge 2" is reflected in the form that it is currently still road safe and suitable for use, but the end of use is foreseeable.

The existing swim bridge consists of two reinforced concrete pontoons (50m x 10m), which are held by three guide albs. Two protective seals secure the lakeside head of the floating bridge. The shore connection is via a movable bridge and a fixed bridge as well as a foreland bridge. The bridges are placed on two yoke beams and an abutment. The movable bridge can be hung on a guide alben and an auxiliary dalb. The barred shore is fortified.

The replacement new building is to be made from two reinforced concrete pontoons (60m x 10m), led to tubular steel seals, and two transition bridges, one fixed, one movable. The pontoons of the swimming bridge are to provide water, sewage, electricity and telecommunications for the arriving ships.
