The subject of the contract is the performance of services related to the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Płużnica.

1. The subject of the contract constitutes the performance of services related to the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Płużnica.

2. Characteristics of the Municipality of Płużnica in the context of the subject of the order:

1) the area of the municipality is approximately 12,000 hectares;

2) the municipality has a population of about 3985.

3. Table showing the amount of waste collected from the area of the Municipality of Płużnica in 2019 and 2020 and from the PSZK in 2019 and 2020 (data included in Annex 1 to SWZ)

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to receive and use solid municipal waste created on the property: 1045 single family and 18 multi-family buildings (blocks), 47 premises where business activities are carried out, 4 cemeteries, 2 beaches, 2 schools, 2 health centres, 2 pharmacy outlets, 14 public utilities (traffic lights, work clubs, firehouses, other public buildings), 21 holiday cottages and 2 Traveller Service sites along the A1 motorway (list of property owners from which waste will be received will be annex to the contract).

5. During the execution of the subject of the order, it is envisaged to increase or decrease the number of properties by +/ -10% and the number of residents.
