Tampereen Sähkölaitos is building a new additional heat recovery plant in connection with the NSL3 boiler plant which was put into commercial use in early 2023. The purpose of the additional heat recovery plant is to further utilize the thermal power contained in the flue gases of NSL3 boiler plant and transfer it to the Tampere district heating network with heat pumps. In the project a new tube condenser, condensate treatment systems, heat pumps and other necessary auxiliary systems will be built and installed. The project is named as NSL3 Additional Heat Recovery Project (NSL3 Lisä-LTO).

This procurment is concerning the purchase of NSL3 FGTC (Flue Gas Tube Condenser and Condensate Treatments). The Supply consisting of the full process delivery of the flue gas tube condenser and condensate treatment systems containing all necessary auxiliary equipment, piping, instrumentation, electrification and cabling within the scope of the delivery.
