The procurement concerns technical consultants within Road and Traffic Consultants with different assignment categories for successive deliveries during the contract period within the following contract areas:

AUA.3 Orientation on the project and mission
The procurement is intended to provide consultancy services in the areas listed above.
The specific requirements for competence and experience that apply in each contract area are set out under the respective headings under item AUB.51 Examination of tenderers.
With the framework agreements as a basis, calls will be made for each mission, specifying the scope and other conditions.

AUA.3 Orientation on the project and mission
The procurement is intended to provide consultancy services in the areas described below. The municipality purchases these services on an ongoing basis and projects of a different/special nature may be procured separately.
The specific requirements for competence and experience that apply in each contract area are set out under the respective headings under item AUB.51 Examination of tenderers.
Discounts will occur according to AUC.13 Preconditions.
Below is a selection of tasks and areas of expertise covered by the framework agreement. However, the scope is not limited to these, but there may be other tasks that concern the contract areas for the procurement:
Avtalsområde A - Bullerutredningar
Noise studies for traffic noise from road and rail with recommendations for measures. Industrial noise may also need to be investigated. It must be possible to measure both noise and analyse it.
Agreement area B - Traffic planning
The supplier must be able to perform/possess competence in:
Traffic analysis - refers to simulation of the current situation, alternative measures and effects. For this, the supplier must be able to work in the modeling tools Visa and Vissim. During the entire contract period, the tenderer must have access to at least one license for the Visa software that is at least as comprehensive for the use of Kungsbacka municipality's model created with PTV Visa Expert 2022 (SP 1-11).
Traffic investigations - The investigations can be cross-sectoral and may, for example, concern action selection studies, traffic studies in the planning process, sustainable travel, parking investigations, wayfinding plans or action plans.
Traffic and design proposals
Feasibility studies, includes e.g. pre-planning, such as general profile and section studies above and below ground, traffic management principles, mobility management in the construction phase, cost assessments Field surveys such as traffic-related inventories/traffic counts
Traffic regulation and management of local traffic regulations.
Agreement area C - Design
Design refers to the preparation of idea proposals, implementation studies, pre-planning, procurement documents and construction documents for all of the following areas: street/road, intersections, pedestrian and bicycle path, bus stop, parking, land and lighting. Design also includes the development of a road plan in accordance with the Road Act (1971:984) and the preparation of procurement documents. Design also includes surveying required for design. The consultant should also be able to conduct investigations regarding Mobility management for the user and construction phase. Competence to be able to design in BIM must be available. The area includes sketching of principle solutions/alternative studies.
Agreement area D - Vibration investigations
Vibration investigations regarding disturbing vibrations, from road and rail with recommendation of measures. The risk of injury from vibrations may also need to be investigated. It must be possible to measure vibrations and analyse them.
