1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the service: Contract Engineer for the task entitled "Construction of a multimodal hub for the transshipment of goods and fuels based on a railway siding at the "Katowice" Airport.

The duties and tasks of the Contractor include, in particular, performing the function of the Investor's Supervision Inspector in the scope resulting from the applicable provisions of Article 25 and Article 26 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws 2023.682, as amended)

Performing investor's supervision will include technical supervision, coordination and completion of the entire investment process related to the implementation of the task, including in particular the performance of the duties of the investor's supervision inspector and coordination of the activities of investor's supervision inspectors in accordance with the provisions of law in force in Poland, in particular the Act of 07.07.1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682, as amended), preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, preparation of the Final Report and the Report on the Quality Guarantee Period and financial settlement of the Task.
