The market is mixed in nature, in part:

- public contract concluded at a global and flat rate, and

- single-item framework agreement executing by issuing purchase orders without minimum or maximum, pursuant to Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code.

The purpose of this consultation is to provide and implement a connection offer to the backbone of the SYVIK regional network at medium, high and very high speeds, using a wide range of techniques and services (copper, optical , herzien, etc.) as well as a service provision of the SYVIK regional network.
