The contract is a framework agreement which fixes all the contractual provisions. It is carried out as the order forms are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum but without a maximum expressed in quantity within the meaning of article R. 2162-4, 2 ° of the public order code. The minimum quantities for the entire period of validity of the public contract, by establishment and by lot, are specified in Annex 1 of the CCTP. These quantities are contractual. The contract is single-beneficiary. The market is treated at unit prices fixed in the Schedule of unit prices (BPU) of the lot concerned.

All the supplies that can be ordered are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP) and in its appendix no. 01: catalog of requirements. The estimated quantities of the public contract, by establishment and by lot, are specified in Annex 1 of the CCTP (catalog of requirements) and are given for the total duration of the contract. These quantities have no contractual value.
