The object of the order is the delivery and installation of microinstallations of renewable energy sources in the municipality of Lubień Kujawski. The basis for determining the price, flat rate for the subject of the contract is the design documentation and the quantities of works resulting from this documentation. 1. The object of the order is the supply and installation of renewable energy microinstallations in the municipality of Lubień Kujawski. A detailed description of the item of the order contains the design documentation. 2. Specific obligations of the Contractor for the performance of the subject of the contract shall be defined by the proposed provisions of the Public Contract — Annex No 1 to the Specification of the Terms of the Order.

3. Warranty period and warranty: the period of guarantee granted and warranty is the criterion for assessing tenders in this proceeding. The warranty period will be equal to the warranty period.

The shortest possible warranty and warranty period — 5 years.

Longest possible Warranty and Guarantee Period — 7 years.
