The present call for tenders concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement on support, maintenance and further development of the IT solution, more specifically Actor, for Copenhagen University College (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity).
The tender is conducted as a restricted procedure and consists of both a prequalification phase and a tender phase.
It will only be the pre-qualified companies that will have the opportunity to submit tenders.
The present call for tenders concerns the Contracting Entity's wish to conclude a framework agreement regarding the support, maintenance and further development of an IT solution (Actor)
The Operator system is used by the Contracting Entity to prepare calculation (budget) and costing (accounting) on all activities relating to Income-generating Activities (IDV) and Commissioned Open Education (ÅU). Actor is implemented in current version at The Contracting Entity in 2019
The actor integrates with the following systems at the Orderator:
mTIME - which is used for time tracking of hours spent on the individual activity. The allocated hours are sent from Actor to mTIME via web server.
Navision - All accounting entries on the alias of the activities are sent every night from Navision to Actor, where when searched they appear in project reporting. Project report is set up in a special view (mapping) depending on the type of project.
Navision - case module - Active alias can be retrieved in Actor via drive from Navision. An alias in Actor is a requirement for the above data to be retrieved.
