Regionalforvaltning.no is a professional system which is particularly facilitated for subsidy administration. The system is used by all Norwegian counties and more than 275 Norwegian municipalities and regional councils.

Regionalforvaltning.no can be used by public participants for subsidy administration, and is particularly facilitated for tasks and case considerations for regional development. The professional system contains functions for publishing schemes, receive and consider applications, register payments and process reports. The system also contain functions for reports from each county to the ministry.

Contacts are wanted for the operation and maintenance of regionalforvaltning.no with one (main) supplier. The contracts also include options for further development with the accompanying operation and maintenance costs. The Operational Contract (Government Standard Terms and Conditions SSA-D) only regulates basic platform operations, whilst the Maintenance Contract (Government Standard Terms and Conditions SSA-V) regulates application operations, maintenance and further development.

The contracts also regulate user support and options for training and archive integration.
