EUROPEAN TENDER WITH OPEN TELEMATIC PROCEDURE FOR THE CONTRACT OF THE "MUNICIPAL NURSERY SCHOOL LA PIMPA" SERVICE FROM 01/01/2024 TO 31/12/2026 ABOVE COMMUNITY THRESHOLD WITH THE CRITERION OF THE MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS OFFER ON THE BASIS OF THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY – CIG: 988705825F.
The Nursery "La Pimpa" is to be activated in two separate rooms owned by the Municipality: a) Nursery in Via Loru s.n. with accommodation for n. 60 children; b) Nursery in Via Repubblica - Palazzo Sandalia - with accommodation for n. 10 children for a total of 70 children. The object of the contract is the assignment of the management of the Municipal Nursery Service "La Pimpa" in compliance with the standards and requirements provided for by national and regional legislation, whose educational management project, on the basis of which the service will be offered, must be drawn up in accordance with the "National guidelines for educational services for children", developed by the National Commission for the integrated system of education and instruction referred to in art. 10 Legislative Decree 13 April 2017, n. 65. As far as the catering service is concerned, national and regional sector regulations will be followed. The Municipal Nursery Service "La Pimpa" is an educational and social service of public interest, which welcomes boys and girls, aged between 3 months and 36 months (children who turn 36 months from 1 January to 31 August are guaranteed attendance until 31 July + August if requested and activated). For the month of August there is attendance for a maximum of 30 children for 15 days for 6 hours a day.
The Municipal Nursery "La Pimpa" promotes the reconciliation of life and work, supporting families in the care of children and in their educational choices.
The Municipal Nursery "La Pimpa" guarantees the right to the insertion and integration of disabled children, in accordance with the provisions of art. 12 paragraph 5 of Law 104/1992, and for them, in collaboration with the competent services of the Health Protection Company, specific educational projects are defined and if necessary the presence of operators to support the group: for this purpose an annual supplementary budget is provided if necessary.
A workshop will be organized for the month of July for the age group of children attending kindergarten for 30 children (two sections of 15), which will be built at a school premises granted for use only for the month of July, a room usually used for kindergarten. The service is active from Monday to Friday for seven hours. For the definition of the auction base, this service is also taken into account with all the expenses related to it (personnel, cleaning rooms, food preparation and transport, etc.).
