If hardware is offered that does not meet these requirements, the offer will be excluded from the procedure! The provision of the new storage system is to be planned in such a way that the HPE startup services are provided by September 4, 2021, so that further implementation by the client and the migration of all storage capacities from the existing system can be completed by September 30, 2021. The installed capacity underlying the Greenlake contract results from the BOM. 80% of this is billed as comitted capacity. 20% remain as buffer capacity and are only charged prorated when used. Capacities are recorded daily (“metering”) and the evaluation including reporting is carried out monthly by an HPE Account Support Manager (ASM). The invoicing is done monthly.
