This is a European Public Procurement Procedure of the UMC referred to below. The tender concerns the supply and maintenance of "Surgical drill saw systems - Type pendrive" of Radboudumc. The participating University Medical Centers are:

Radboudumc intends to conclude a purchase, framework and maintenance agreement with one (1) Contractor for the initial term of seven (7) years with the option to extend the purchase and framework agreement of three times (3) by one (1) year, bringing the maximum term of the purchase and framework agreement to ten (10) years.

Objective of the assignment

With this tender, Radboudumc wants to achieve the following:

Having the Contractor perform complete services in the field of Surgical Drilling Systems including maintenance;

The Contractor must ensure stability and continuity of the requested deliveries and services;

That Radboudumc has well-functioning and reliable systems during the entire term of the agreement, in accordance with the program of requirements and wishes;

The service must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and wishes in the tender documents;

Radboudumc expects that the requested services will be based as much as possible on standardised services provided by Intender;

Ensure that Radboudumc has lawfully and efficiently purchased its "Surgical Drill Saw Systems" no later than 01-07-2023.

The contractor(s) must deal flexibly and proactively with changed market conditions and changes in laws and regulations during the entire term of the purchase and maintenance agreement.
