The object of the order is to perform an expert opinion to complement the status of knowledge of the objects of protection and conditions of their protection in the areas Natura 2000 Wizna PLB200005, Upper Nurca Valley PLB200004, Ostoja in the Upper Nurca Valley PLH200021, Upper Rospuda Valley PLH200022, Ostoja Narwiańska PLH200024 and Ostoja Augustowska PLH200005,

4. In accordance with Article 257 of the PZP, the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

5.The Contracting Authority shall, in accordance with Article 139 of the PZP, provide for a reversed order of operations.

Task 1: Nature inventory of the Natura 2000 Swamp Wizna area for the occurrence of bird species — mud earl, in order to fully learn the occurrence of this species in the area. The implementation of natural inventory using the PMŚ GIOŚ methodology and taking into account individually selected characteristics in the Natura 2000 Swamp Wizna area. The study includes the inventory of the above area for the presence of sites and habitats of this species in the field, in order to assess their preservation status, identify threats, objectives of conservation actions and propose conservation actions.

Task 2: Nature inventory of the Natura 2000 Upper Nurca Valley area for the occurrence of bird species — meadow mudfish, in order to fully learn the occurrence of this species in the area. The implementation of natural inventory using the PMŚ GIOŚ methodology and taking into account individually selected characteristics in the Natura 2000 Upper Nurca Valley area. The study includes an inventory of the above area for the presence of new sites and habitats of this species in the field, in order to assess their preservation status, identify threats, objectives of conservation efforts and propose conservation actions. Research should also be carried out in relation to known sites and habitats of the species (identified in the framework of the PZO work) in order to assess their conservation status, identify threats, objectives of conservation action and propose conservation action.

Task 3: Natural inventory of the Natura 2000 Ostoja area in the Upper Nurca Valley for the occurrence of 5 types of non-forest natural habitats (4030, 6120, 6230, 6510, 7230) in order to fully know the occurrence of these habitats in the above area. Natural inventory made using the PMŚ GIOŚ methodology and taking into account individually selected characteristics in the Natura 2000 Ostoja area in the Upper Nurca Valley. Research should also be carried out in relation to known locations of natural habitat lobes (identified in the framework of the PZO work) in order to assess their preservation status, identify threats, objectives of conservation action and propose conservation actions.

Task 4: Natural inventory of the Natura 2000 Ostoja area in the Upper Nurca Valley for the occurrence of the fish species - goldfish goat, in order to fully learn the occurrence of this species in the above area.
